Where to Apply for Services?
An applicant may obtain an application at the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Social Services Department, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Southern Regional Office (SRO), download an application from the Muscogee (Creek) Nation website, or have an application mailed, emailed, or faxed.
The Social Services Office receives hundreds of calls a day along with citizens coming in to the office. In order for staff to efficiently and promptly complete their job, we have moved toward an appointment system. This allows staff to give applicants the time they need to thoroughly assess their needs and work towards self-sufficiency. At the same time, it allows staff to return calls and complete cases.
