Social Security Assistance Program
Social Security Assistance Program is to provide all the necessary assistance to the Muscogee (Creek) Nation enrolled Tribal Citizens, their spouses or dependent children so as to ensure the receipt of benefits from the Social Security, Medicare, or Medicaid programs.
The Social Security Assistance Program is funded by the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and is available for all Creek Citizens requesting assistance in applying for Social Security benefits.
We offer a helpful and friendly environment in which to ask questions, receive information and apply for benefits.

Serving Muscogee (Creek) Citizens
The Social Security Assistance Program serves as a liaison between enrolled Creek citizens and the Social Security Administration. A citizen that needs guidance in applying for Social Security Disability, Survivor, Retirement, Medicare, Medicaid, etc., he or she may contact the office.
Other Services Available:
- Represent clients before the SSA Administrative Law Judge
- Refer clients to other agencies for additional services as needed
- Assist in making changes such as change of address, direct deposit, etc. after benefits have started

Where to apply for Services?
An applicant may request for services at the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Social Security Assistance Program office located at the main complex in the Solomon McCombs Building or by calling the office.
