Public Officials Ethics Commission

The Public Officials Ethics Commission was created by NCA 15-081.

The Commission was established in order to ensure that the Nation’s public officials are independent and impartial and to prevent any conflict of interest and to create an organization to implement the provisions of the Campaign Finance Disclosure Act.

POEC meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 9:30 am – 12:00 pm. Meetings are open to the public.
