Tribal Juvenile Justice

The Tribal Juvenile Justice program is designed to be a tool to counteract and control juvenile delinquency while making a difference in the juvenile justice system as well as in the native community and in the lives of young native people.

Tribal Juvenile Justice offers resources to prevent and respond to juvenile delinquency in an effort to grow and apply effective programs and to improve the tribal juvenile justice system so that it defends community safety, holds delinquents accountable, and offers treatment and rehabilitative services as well as programs tailored to the needs of juveniles and their families.
